Demand Letter

What Is A Demand Letter?

A demand letter, letter of demand, or letter before claim, is a letter stating a legal claim which makes a demand for restitution or performance of some obligation, owing to the recipients' alleged breach of contract, or for a legal wrong.

How It works?

Step 1

You will fill out a questionnaire including your goal.

Step 4

You will receive a copy of the draft response on the email you provided.

You will upload a scanned copy of the letter you received.

You can ask up to one round of revision on the draft response. If you need more revisions, we will convert to an hourly rate.

Step 3

We will assign your request to a licensed attorney and they will draft a response based on what you provided in the questionnaire.

Once you approve, we will send the response to the counterparty via email and/or USPS Certified Mail.
